Before your first message
Open the pinned message and read the rules. Many groups mute or remove newcomers who post links or ads straight away.
Settle in first
Read a day of conversation to get the tone, then introduce yourself or reply to a thread rather than starting with a question.
Stay safe
Admins do not DM you first. Treat private messages offering help, wallets or giveaways as scams, and never send funds to a stranger.
